Elecard AVC PlugIn v2.3.80625

Elecard presents its product line that features end-user software for PCs, multi-standard Applicaiton SDKs for programmers and prosumers. Elecard end-user programs go first in the list. For evaluation versions of Application SDK, click appropriate links or scroll down the list. For free tools implemented by Elecard interns, click the Freeware link or scroll down the list.
Select the package to download, click the link and download a ZIP file to your hard drive. Unzip the archive to any temporary folder, read the accompanying 'readme.txt' file for installation instructions.
