If you've had problems installing or using the OED 2.0 v2 or v3, this is a good compromise, as as it's only around 24 megs, it doesn't install c-dilla, it is easy to use and doesn't use much memory.

Use Microsoft Reader to be able to search easily throughout the dictionary.

I am not sure which version (or date of publication) of the dictionary this is, but it was included with the 2nd ed v3 I found, so it could be that version.

Although it seems absurdly small for a 20 volume dictionary, it doesn't include the timeline/examples/quotes/0-9, just definitions, and as far as I've used it it seems complete.
